The Written Report System

This page explains the reporting that comes with every piece of content I publish for you: what each report contains, when they arrive, and why the whole service is built to be transparent rather than hidden behind a curtain.

The Problem This Solves

Most SEO and content services operate behind a curtain. Work happens somewhere, invoices arrive, and you are left to take the value on faith. When results take months to appear, as authority work always does, that faith runs thin. You end up paying for activity you cannot see and cannot judge.

This service works the opposite way.

What Every Report Contains

Every deliverable comes with a written report, delivered alongside it in PDF form. The hot sheet, the market report, the blog posts, the LinkedIn article, the GBP posts, all of it. Each report explains four things:

  • What was produced
  • What structural choices were made in writing it
  • Why those choices serve your AI citation strategy
  • How the piece fits the broader plan from your Position Analysis

Read them closely or file them away. Either is fine. The point is that the option exists and that nothing about the work is hidden from you.

What a Full Month Looks Like

For a full-scope engagement, the reporting arrives weekly:

  • Week one: a community hot sheet, a GBP post, and their reports
  • Week two: an authority blog post, a GBP post, and their reports
  • Week three: the market report, the LinkedIn article, a GBP post, and the documentation behind them
  • Week four: the second authority blog post, a GBP post, and their reports

Every piece, documented in writing, with the reasoning attached. Narrower-scope engagements follow the same principle on a lighter cadence. The volume of reports scales with the volume of work.

Why I Work This Way

The strategies behind this service are not secrets. They are documented in full across this site for any realtor to read and apply. If you would rather do the work yourself, everything you need is already here, for free.

Clients who would rather have the work done for them get that same openness at the level of each deliverable. You are not buying access to a black box. You are buying back your time, while keeping full sight of what is being done with it and why.

If that level of transparency matches how you want to work with a content partner, get in touch.
