If you have read the guides on this site and decided you would rather have this work done for you than do it yourself, this page explains what that looks like and what it costs.
Monthly content production starts at $1,000 per month and scales with the platforms you want covered. Every engagement begins with a one-time AI Citation Position Analysis, a flat $1,000.
This is not a month-to-month SEO retainer. It is a steady publishing practice that builds your authority with search engines and AI tools over time, the same way the free guides on this site teach realtors to do for themselves.
If you already know you want to talk, you can skip straight to the contact form. Otherwise, here is how it works.
What This Service Is
Each month I write and publish a coordinated set of content for one local market: a market report, blog posts, a hot sheet, and, depending on scope, a LinkedIn article and Google Business Profile posts. Each piece is built to support the others, so the whole archive works as one connected body of work rather than a pile of separate posts.
That connected structure is what gets a local agent recommended by AI tools and found in search. It is a publishing architecture, not a content checklist.
Your Market Knowledge Stays at the Center
Content earns AI citations when it reflects real, first-hand local expertise. That does not change when someone else does the writing. What changes is who writes it, not where the knowledge comes from.
At the start of each month I send you a short intake form. It takes about fifteen minutes. You tell me what you are seeing in the market, what buyers and sellers are asking about, and what is worth noting in your communities. Your answers become that month’s content. The expertise is yours. The time it takes to turn it into published work is not.
Whose name the work is published under, yours, your brokerage, or a mix, is something we decide together at the start.
Where It Starts: The Position Analysis
Before any monthly content is produced, I run a one-time analysis of your market: where AI tools currently send people, who they cite, and where the openings are that nobody has filled. You get a written report and a 12-month publishing plan built on what the analysis finds. Flat $1,000 fee.

What You Get Each Month
The base engagement covers your website. Scope expands to LinkedIn and Google Business Profile when you want authority built there. Whatever the scope, every piece in a given month shares one theme drawn from the Position Analysis, so the work builds depth instead of scattering.
Market Report
MLS data turned into plain-language commentary, with separate takeaways for buyers and sellers and a forward look at the trend. Published publicly, never gated.
Two Authority Blog Posts
One evergreen piece answering a real buyer or seller question in your market, and one neighborhood-level piece that builds authority in a named area.
Hot Sheets
A snapshot of current listing activity with written commentary on what it means, published as its own indexed page. At least one a month, more in busier markets.
LinkedIn Article (scope-dependent)
A version of that month’s report or blog post rewritten for a professional audience and linked back to your site, handed off ready to publish.
Google Business Profile Posts (scope-dependent)
Regular GBP posts tied to the month’s theme, working in tandem with the website rather than as a separate channel.

A Written Report With Every Deliverable
Every piece I publish comes with a short written report explaining what was done, why those choices were made, and how the piece fits your strategy. Nothing about the work is hidden from you. You will always know what was done on your behalf, and why.
How the Engagement Runs
New engagements begin with the Position Analysis, then a minimum three-month commitment on monthly content. Most clients move to an annual arrangement once the system is in place. Each quarter you also get a position report and a refreshed editorial calendar so the long-term plan stays on track.
No two clients work in the same market and audience combination. That exclusivity is set from day one.

- Paid advertising of any kind
- Social media beyond the monthly LinkedIn article when LinkedIn is in scope

- Guaranteed rankings or citation timelines
Who This Is For
Established agents and small brokerages who treat content authority as a long-term business asset, understand it is built over months and years rather than weeks, and would rather spend their time on real estate than on publishing.
Who This Is Not For
Anyone expecting leads within 90 days, agents in their first year who have not settled on a primary market, or anyone who wants to judge results month by month. This builds authority on a long horizon, and the structure only works with a real commitment to that horizon.
